Easy Tiger
A fruit-forward cup of plum and cedar that mellows into chocolate. Bright, easygoing and impossible not to like.
A new specialty house, blending single origins from India, Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia and Honduras — roasted in small batches in Melbourne and brought to Australian cups for the very first time.

We travel the bean belt to source lots at their peak — from high-altitude Indian estates and Ethiopian highlands to the volcanic soils of Honduras. India runs through every SìVera blend.
Beans chosen estate by estate, harvest by harvest.
100% Arabica — only specialty-grade lots make the cut.
Controlled, extended fermentation for flavour depth.
Small batches, roasted low to build character.
Composed cup by cup until each blend sings.
From cultivation to bean selection, the very best techniques are applied at every step — so only the freshest, most characterful beans are chosen and carefully handled before they reach our roastery.
All three available now, each built around an Indian base.
The Sample Pack — Easy Tiger, Four Quarters and G'day Mate in 250g bags. The easiest way to find your SìVera.
SìVera — written plainly, Sivera — began with a simple conviction: that the most remarkable coffees rarely come from a single place. We source green beans from estates we know by name — across India, Brazil, Colombia and Honduras — then roast them in small batches in Melbourne to let each origin speak.
Now we're bringing that craft to Australia for the first time, one carefully composed blend at a time. We do the harder part — sweetness from one origin, acidity from another, body and backbone from a third — until each blend says something a single coffee can't.
From the choosing to your cup, the thread is the same: specialty-grade coffee, sourced with judgement and blended with intent — roasted in Melbourne for people who want their coffee to taste of somewhere.
